Master wall

 

Installazione di boiserie in vetro su misura con porte integrate per un ufficio a Montecarlo.

The project involved two opposite walls in a modern working space. On one side is a “Master” wall with swing door, decorated according to the design provided by the client. The door is perfectly integrated in the bespoke wall structure and it would be completely invisible had it not been for the handle and the few millimeters of the aluminum frame.

On the opposite side of the office is another “Master” paneling, also with a flush-fitting door and – upon the client’s request – with a Ferrari yellow finish on the interior side, and pure white finish on the hallway side.

Perfectly integrated in the room’s layout, a parallelepiped is used as documents archive. This cabinet has classic push-to-open doors so that handles and knobs are not needed, and the glass cladding can be the real star of the room. It’s the silver satin “Metropoli” glass (SP 09 code on our catalogue), with a 3D effect and glossy finish to soften the reflections and embellish the cabinet’s volume. The bespoke design allowed us to best exploit the available space and avoid using staff beads and expansion profiles.

At the entrance of this management center in Montecarlo we created a reception counter and a dividing wall featuring top-quality materials. The counter and the entrance side of the wall are covered in the special “White Venice” glass, whose irregular and pearly appearance is due to a special fusion and lacquering treatment. The office side of the wall is decorated with a particular natural stone cladding from our exclusive sample collection.

The “Light” profile is the main star at the Volvo car showroom.
The large sliding walls – with continuous valances made of 6.5m aluminum bars – separate the offices from the central display area, while the different working stations are divided by fixed walls. In both cases, door frames have a satin silver finish and glasses are laminated and transparent.
